In each project I start by listening to the client and analyzing the context to identify on the one hand the guidelines and on the other the elements of strength/weakness to work on.
I use a design and construction management technique based on 3D models of the building that allow us to anticipate construction site problems, significantly reducing unexpected costs and processing times.

Consultations and BIM courses
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the set of software and work processes for the digitalization of the construction industry.
Since 2008 I have been dealing with parametric BIM modeling with software such as Archicad and Revit and in 2018 I obtained a second level Master's degree on the topic of BIM at the Faculty of Engineering in Pisa.
I participate in teams in public design and construction tenders, and I offer consultancy for the implementation of BIM in work teams with targeted courses on software and processes.
